Reap What You Sow

The love you take
Is equal to the love you make

You reap what you sow is a proverb that says future consequences are inevitably shaped by present actions. This concept is central to our culture at SocializeLA. We are proud to offer our team a flexible work environment, and with that comes a great deal of trust and responsibility.
Our future success depends on every single one of our team members taking full accountability for our day-to-day actions, and understanding how they fit into the bigger picture of our mission and vision.
So what kinds of actions are we taking now, to set ourselves up for success in the future?
- Process - we are taking the time to document our process, and making updates as we learn, grow and evolve. We are utilizing the tools that we have to their full potential, and investing in new technologies as needed.
- Honesty - we believe in owning up to, and learning from, our mistakes. No one is perfect, and as our CEO likes to say, we aren’t saving lives. But our clients and members rely on us and honesty is central to our success.
- Respect - we respect one another, and we respect our clients. We treat their businesses as if they were our own.
We believe that if you provide your customers with excellent service, they will recommend you to friends and family.
We believe that if you are consistent in your marketing, your audience will respond in turn.
Here’s to owning our actions today, and reaping a bountiful harvest in the months to come. ❤️🌽🥕🍅❤️
